2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using any VoiceLab website, mobile application, software product or related service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

3. App store terms

If you download a VoiceLab app from Apple App Store, Google Play or another app distribution platform, the terms, rules and policies of that platform may also apply. In case of any conflict related to app distribution, payment, refunds or platform-specific functionality, the relevant app store rules may apply to the extent required by that platform.

4. Changes to the services

We may update, improve, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We aim to maintain reliable products, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or unchanged.

5. User accounts

Some VoiceLab services may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date where required.

7. Audio, voice and AI-generated content

Some VoiceLab products may include audio generation, voice processing, text-to-speech, sound creation, AI-assisted content tools or similar features. Outputs generated by AI systems may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected or not unique.

You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately. You must not rely on generated content as professional, legal, medical, financial or safety-critical advice.

If a service allows voice or audio creation, you must have all rights, permissions and consents required for any voice, recording, script, name, likeness, sound, text or other input that you submit or use.

8. User content

You retain ownership of content that you submit to the services, such as text, prompts, recordings, audio files, images, descriptions, feedback or other materials, subject to any rights held by third parties.

By submitting content, you grant VoiceLab a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, modify and display that content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the services, comply with law and enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit and use your content and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

9. Ownership of VoiceLab technology

VoiceLab and its licensors own the services, software, designs, interfaces, code, technology, trademarks, logos, documentation and other materials provided by VoiceLab, except for user content and third-party materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of VoiceLab intellectual property to you. You may use the services only as permitted by these Terms and applicable app store terms.

10. Generated outputs and usage rights

Subject to these Terms, applicable law, app-specific rules and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for you by the services for lawful personal or business purposes. We do not guarantee that generated outputs are unique, free from third-party claims, suitable for a particular purpose or acceptable for every commercial use.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated outputs complies with applicable law, third-party rights, app store policies and any permissions required for voices, likenesses, recordings or source materials.

11. Subscriptions, purchases and payments

Some VoiceLab services may offer paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, credits or other paid access. Pricing, billing periods, renewal terms and cancellation options will be shown in the relevant app, website or app store listing before purchase.

Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play or another platform are processed by that platform. Subscription cancellation, refund requests and billing management may need to be handled through the same platform account used for the purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, paid features are provided for the period purchased and do not guarantee permanent availability of any specific feature, voice, model, content style or processing option.

12. Trials and promotional offers

If we offer free trials, discounts, promotional codes or introductory pricing, the specific conditions will be shown at the time of offer. We may modify or withdraw promotional offers where permitted by law and platform rules.

13. Third-party services

The services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, app stores, cloud providers, analytics tools, payment providers, AI services, audio processing providers or other services. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Certain sections of these Terms, including ownership, user content licenses, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability and dispute-related provisions, may survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws or other applicable laws require otherwise. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country of residence.
